During the coronavirus pandemic, like many organisations, they announced plans to expand their virtual offering. Spicerhaart now have Partners working from home with the support of local Property hubs, allowing for full area coverage without the need for additional physical branches.
However, Real Estate is already ranked as one of the least trusted industries in the UK and by shifting to a remote-working model they risked reducing agent-customer trust even further.
So, Spicerhaart knew they needed to bring their Estate Agents to the foreground of their brand and rebuild trust within local communities. How did they achieve this? Through photography. Capturing images of their Estate Agents enabled them to create online profiles of their team and build greater trust within local communities.
