Yasir's Romantic Rooftop Engagement
In August 2019, Yasir was planning his surprise proposal to his girlfriend Alana.
He has rented out a rooftop bar on the Strand, and planned a very special surprise by decorating the venue with their most memorable photos together.
He had even planned to cover the floor and surfaces with red rose petals!
He was going to bring Alana upstairs under the guise of having a special lunch, and then surprise her with the big question.
He knew that a moment like this was going to be monumental, and that he nor Alana would want to forget it for the rest of their lives.
He knew he needed someone there to capture the moment he got down on one knee, with beautiful photos.
He came to Perfocal, and filled out our short booking form with the basic details of his needs.
Perfocal found him local photographer Oliver, who has a long portfolio of wedding and engagement shoots.
On the day, Oliver met Yasir at the rooftop bar and set up his equipment.
He was ready and waiting when Alana arrived to capture all the surprise, the smiles, and the love.
Oliver immortalised candid moments as well as some details including the ring and decorations. The happy couple also posed for some shots (perfect for announcing the engagement on social media!)
And of course, she said yes!
What a fantastic engagement. Perfocal is proud to have helped this couple make some very happy memories together. Congrats Yasir and Alana!
